In August last year, we announced that Hailo would be merging with mytaxi to create Europe’s largest taxi app.
Over the coming weeks and months, we will be re-launching Hailo as mytaxi in Ireland.
The team will be in touch regularly over the next number of weeks, to provide all the information you will need about the mytaxi launch.
For now – here is a quick summary of what lies ahead.
Why is Hailo merging with mytaxi?
- The mytaxi brand is the biggest and most recognisable taxi app in Europe.
The idea behind Hailo is to pair passengers and taxi drivers to get you to your destination as quickly and efficiently as possible. What many people don’t know is that Hailo offers a streamlined corporate solution, Hailo For Business. Below lists 6 ways you can make your professional life much easier in the New Year.
1. Traceability and Reporting
Great news! – The business platform does all the hard work for you. The system is fully automated so all data is stored and accurate. We will send you an e-receipt with full detail on your journey; pick up location, destination, date, time, reference, unique ID...
As you may have heard, Hailo is going to become mytaxi in the coming months. Exciting times!
In advance of the mytaxi launch, we need your correct postal address to send you a mytaxi launch information package.
Your pack will include all the information you’ll need to make the move from Hailo to mytaxi, and we don’t want anyone to miss out.
To make sure it arrives, we need you to update your information.
Here’s how you do it:
- Click the menu button in the bottom left of your app (3 white lines).
Thanks for all your hard work over the New Year’s period. We had a great response from all our drivers for the Insurance Giveaway raffle. As you all know every job you did between 6pm – 6am on New Year’s Eve / Day got you 1 entry into the raffle.
We have just announced our 6 winners for the main prize but because the response was so strong from some of our drivers we decided to also give the 3 top performing drivers in each region a €200 each bonus as well...
